「さくらの専用サーバ HP DL2000」で RHEL6系 のOSをご利用中の場合、
yum update にて6.4以降にアップデートした際に hp-health が動作しなくなることがあります。
対象OS
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3 未満
CentOS 6.3 未満
Scientific Linux 6.3 未満
不具合の確認方法
以下の方法にて不具合が発生しているか確認いただけます。
service hp-health status にて、以下のmessageが表示されます。
# service hp-health status
Using Proliant Standard
IPMI based 1XX System Health Monitor
WARNING: All config files need .conf: /etc/modprobe.d/hp-health, it will be ignored in a future release.
FATAL: Module ipmi_si not found.
ERROR: There is NO IPMI support available on this system!
Please install the hp-OpenIPMI package or enable IPMI support
for this distribution. Aborting hp-health initialization process!

1HPリポジトリの設定修正
以下の手順をご確認いただきyumリポジトリの設定を修正します。
HPリポジトリにアクセスできません2hp-health のアップデート
hp-health をアップデートします。
# yum -y update hp-health
3hp-health の起動
hp-health を起動させます。
# service hp-health start

4hp-health のステータス確認
hp-health のステータスで動作していることを確認します。
